BENEFITS OF HALASANA / PLOUGH POSE
How to do Plough Pose 
- Lie down on the floor.
 - With your hands firmly on the ground, bring your legs over your body without bending your knees.
 - Place your legs on the floor behind your head. Straighten your legs so your back is straight.
 - Keep your hands stretched. Alternately, you can place your palms on your back for support with your upper arms on the floor.
 - To release the pose, bring your legs back to position.
 
Duration: Hold the pose for 3
minutes. Beginners can commence with 20 seconds and increase the duration with
practice.
