How To Do Half-Spinal
Twist
- Sit down with your legs stretched forward.
- Bring your left foot over your right leg and place in
on the outer side of the right thigh.
- Bring your right heel closer to the left buttock by
folding the leg. Let the right leg be on the ground.
- Now turn the upper part of your body towards your left
and slide your left hand behind your back towards your right side and hold
the left ankle.
- Raise your right hand over the left knee and place your
right palm on the right knee.
- After returning to position, repeat the same with the
alternate leg and hand.
Duration: Hold the pose for 30 seconds.
