Vrikshasana, the Tree Pose, is one of the
best anti-aging yoga poses that improves
your focus on self. This balancing pose creates a sense of accomplishment and
rejuvenates your body.
How To Do Tree Pose
- Stand straight with the hands by your sides.
- Bend your right leg and place your right foot against the inner thigh of your left leg with right toes pointing downwards.
- Inhale slowly as you lift your arms sideways and over your head.
- Bring the palms together keeping your elbows straight.
- Hold the pose for the mentioned duration.
- Release the pose by bringing the hands down and right leg to the ground.
- Repeat the same with left leg.

Remain in Tree Pose for
30 seconds.
