How To Do Ardha Chakrasana / Half-Wheel Pose

  • Stand straight with your feet together.
  • Place your hands on your hips.
  • With slow inhalation, bend backwards without bending your knees.
  • Remain in the pose for a while.

 Duration of Ardha Chakrasana / Half-Wheel Pose

Hold the pose for 20 seconds. You can do it twice.
