How to do Adho Mukha Svanasana /
Downward Facing Dog Pose
- Go down on all fours. Let your palms align with your shoulders and your knees with your hips.
- Exhale as you lift your body by raising your hips and straightening your knees. Place your heels firmly on the ground.
- Draw your shoulders back.
- Position your head between your upper arms and fix your gaze on your navel.
- To release the pose, go on fours again, assume Thunderbolt Pose and stretch your legs.

Hold Downward Dog Pose for one minute.
